*For An Assignment I Chose To Add Onto "The Raven" By Edgar Allan Poe**

I felt a jolt of pain upon my head, there upon the raven stead
Ghastly Noises began to arise, along with the grin the raven wore;
An Evil smile the raven shone so malicious, an image so vicious,
I had lain across my shadow with ease upon the shackled wooden floor;
The raven glared into my eyes daunting again such as before
There It Glared and Nothing more.

The Raven continued to perch until I glanced and saw him lurch
"Sinister bird!" why don't you come down, down from my chamber door!
A Quick thunder thrashed out the pane; while the raven began to mock with utter vain,
Whispers deepened within my ears, the bittersweet voice of my dear Lenore;
How did she reach me o' er yonder passage, upon this death's mutual bore?
Quoth the Raven "Nevermore"

A thunderous scream crackled from the fire, inflicting fear upon my ire
Like once before this dreary night, the voice raised from my Dead Lenore,
She screamed of pain and massive dire, death upon the raven was her desire;
The raven have not moved knowing of her wishes, still upon my chamber door,
My soul wreaked havoc for poor Lenore, I could not bear to hear her painfully implore
Upon came silence---nothing more.

Suddenly a loud battering came upon my chamber door; I filled with terror as before
The Hall consisted of darkness, there the face lurked, the face of my Dead Lenore;
My lips shrieked with terror and utter fright, what brought her upon this gloomy night
The raven flew upon her livid shoulder; gleaming at me with anger and rapport,
I felt betrayal against my sweet Lenore; my heart began to sustain with pain like before
Quoth Her Lips---"Nevermore"

She limped toward me with such rancor, upon my frail knees I started to implore
Her eyes beamed with burning anger into mine, soon after letting out a heinous roar,
She shoved my body against the frigid pier, taking hold of my neck with a bit of revere;
The raven stead upon her shoulder like before, staring at her with such disgusted abhor
My sweet Lenore was controlled by evil; there my heart grew for her pensive rapport
Quoth the Raven "Nevermore"

"Let her rest in peace demonic beast", Let my dead poor Lenore stay fully deceased,
The Raven haven't listened to my request, there it stead upon my possessed Lenore;
My Hands grasped the bird with great rage; Shoving the bird into the old rusty cage
I had already forgotten about my sweet Lenore, she had fell upon the shackled floor
Crimson fluids began to flow out of her white lace, her soul had began to painfully sore
Quoth Her Red Lips---"Nevermore"

Lenore laid across my arms with repose, as time came she was forced to depose;
"Good-Bye My Love, for evermore", I'll Let you seek your final peace and more,"
The bird flocked with its heartbroken plead, manifesting all of its marrow's greed,
The raven began to deplete its heart; with its heartbroken eyes it tried to implore
"Never will you be free malicious bird," You will only sit in that cage upon my drawer.
Quoth My Lips----"Nevermore"
