I'm her other mum

by June   Jan 12, 2007

I've been babysitter to many ,
untill I had kids of my own.
Many I minded keep in touch ,
into young adults they have grown.
One of many I looked after is Sarah ,
shes seventeen now and often visits me.
Tells me all her problems big or small ,
and says her other mum I'll always be.
Its funny how life goes sometimes ,
because now she babysits my three boys.
Her boyfriend she insisted I had to meet ,
and the kids had him playing with their toys.
A joy its been to watch her grow ,
like a daughter she means alot to me.
Whenever shes needs me she knows I'm here ,
her other mum I'm more than proud to be.
