Little African girl

by XfromwithinX   Jan 12, 2007

Her racing heart,
her life pulled apart.
Her mummy died from aids,
the little girl left with gun man's raids.
Her stomach groans,
her baby brother moans.
They have been with out food for a day,
there an empty space where her father used to lay.
When she sleeps she sees a big black hole,
her heart no longer plays it's role.
Cold and hungry in a mud hut,
some food she longs to cut.
The whole world ignores her situation,
their dealing with their own temptation.
Her only dream is some clean water, she wants to see it come true
she cries at night and dies slowly within, for she has aids too.
Her baby brother will be left on his own and wont possibly live as long as you.
