I'll Be Here

It's hard to feel so helpless,
When your Best Friend's falling through.
It's hard to sit and listen,
When there's nothing you can do.

One little note to tell the world
Exactly how she feels.
Four simple lines to tell her friends
Exactly what she means.

And yes, I miss the happy girl
My best friend used to be.
That doesn't mean I hate the girl
Who stands in front of me.

I promise, if I knew the words
You need to hear me say,
I'd say them a million, billion times.
I'd say them every day.

So if you feel like quitting,
Just pick up the phone and call.
I'll be here for you forever,
I'm here in case you fall.

    I liked that, but I didn't quite get as i probably hould. i'm not super sure if it goes with your poem.
