Behind The Painting

Beautiful Painting of a girl
blessed with love and grace
No one would suspect what was
hidden behind that Barbie doll face

The numourous fake smiles
were painted on
The beautiful painting of the girl
would soon be gone

In passing the painting
we would smile and point
we didnt know anything
she sat there, looking elegant and qaint.

Her love was stolen
that we knew
but in reality
what could we really do?

Her elegance and beauty
was a sight to behold
walking \'round like a robot
always doing what she was told

Behind the Painting
were passages whom no one had been lead
No one could have known
that soon this girl would be dead

Finally she took a gun
with no more being said
and infront of everyone

the painting gone.......she was dead.........

    Great poem i love it becacuse i like how u portray your character through a painting. but i dont like the stanza:
    Her love was stolen
    that we knew
    but in reality
    what could we really do?
    :::::I think that the words can be changed around a bit, or even new words. only because i dont really understand it.:::other than that, you did a great job. keep it up
