She looks out the window
On her face a blank stare
She only sees rain
But wishes you were there

There to make her smile
To tell her she's alright
To stop the tears from running
Every endless night

She wishes you were there
To stop the blade from slicing
to make the word "cut"
Not sound so enticing

There to stop the pain
So the end doesn't come so fast
She wants to live her life
