Her

by Kaila   Jan 20, 2007

Beautiful smile
Sparkling eyes
I guess know one knows
That shes dying inside
World of hate
Desperation and fear
Everyone\'s ashamed
Even loved ones so dear
She tries to hide it
with a fake smile
She hopes someone will say I love you
Maybe once in awhile
She goes home to a world of dishonesty and lies
But in her heart she feels like she\'s lying inside
Everyone wants to be her
They all want a piece
But no one can compare to her
Cuz she thinks shes a disgrace
If only they knew the real her
would they still wanna be her
and if they knew the truth
would they still be in love with her

Cuz she thinks shes a disgrace

*That was the only thing that bothered me. I would just use "cause". Other than that I thought you expressed this girls pain well. The imagery is flawless and makes me feel what she went through. I enjoyed reading this. Very nice work. Nik*
