A Broken Heart

A cloudy day
It is for me...
I am not happy...
so you plainly see...

my heart feels as tho,
It has just died.
I feel very empty...
I can't even cry.

I look out...
and wish for sun...
I want to live...
I want to move on...

All I feel...
Is the pain in my heart...
My emotions are growing weary...
there getting so dark.

A flesh wound of pain...
It does feel like...
but, merely a broken heart...
Of love I held so tight...

I feel that I...
have no where to go...
but, the sun has peeked out...
Please let it be so.

A burden lifted of my chest...
I have moved on...
and so now...
I can finally be at rest...
