Traveller

by Drew McHill   Jan 23, 2007

The outstretched land of the unknown
life begotten nigh of my home
time untraced, rhymes forgotten
corners left wandering enlightened

i queried myself, \"where have i been?\"
there were outbursts of sparks from within
another world soon to be found
translucency of a new race unbound

unwritten paths waiting unclear
moving along full of will and fear
discoveries uncovered with doubting sighs
unending hymns of sauntered goodbyes
