The Choice is Yours

The flame is rising
And hot it burns
The light is dying
For darkness yearns

It's trying to get back
What it once was
Red has turned to black
And fade it does

Yet people live still
Without any fear
They don't know it's will
They don't know it's here

The hope is bleak
Yet remain it does
The light grows weak
Not as it once was

Before it burned brightly
Yet now it is dark
No longer lively
It's cold and stark

The world's oblivious
And the battle is losing
The choices are hideous
The hard part is choosing
