Missing You

by aDORKable x3   Jan 27, 2007

I'm missing the way you used to be
I'm missing the way you treated me
Now the alcohol makes you feel whole
Eating away at the corners of your soul
Haunting the days and exposing the nights
Showing your fears and loving your frights
Can't you see what it's doing to you?
Making you think we're lies and it's true
No amount can kill your pain now
You just let the drops silently rain down
Each drop, slowly killing us all
Inebriated, you laugh as we fall
How could you rip us apart at the seams
We were once so close, we were a team
Now we're alone, all for one and one for none
I want you to come back and say, "I'm alright hun."
But now you're gone, it took you away
Killing your mind so you have nothing to say
One day you'll see what was the right thing to do
But until then, I'll just stop Missing You
