A defenceless mind

by XfromwithinX   Jan 28, 2007

Curled up and shrivelled,
the food not even nibbled.
Anorexia is ever so bad,
and it's sufferers are so very sad.
Taking over a defenceless mind,
becoming their first nature and very unkind.
Until they see their organs they'll never be satisfied,
at night they have just lied and cried.
They think they are fat but that's a lie,
and never again shall their hearts fly.
Abandoning all that is real,
ignoring what their stomachs truly feel.
Becoming their obsession,
leading them to depression.
Taking over a defenceless mind,
becoming their first nature and very unkind.
