Thinking of my sis

Thoughts of you wont leave my mind
many times I have tried
to get you out
to forget who you were
but I just end up wanting to scream and shout

I tried to erase you from my mind
tried and tried but over time
it became harder to get rid of you
all the time I tried to find
a reason why you left me behind

you pushed me aside after all
did you do it so you wouldn't have to lie
or just to run away and hide
I don't know the reason I really don't know why
you choose to forget me and leave me alone to die

then you come back out of no where
with no explanation why
why oh why you left me behind
with only my thoughts and hopes to get me by
and ending up walking on an even thinner line

So worried I felt about you and your health
afraid I was that you might do something bad
to hurt yourself
so close I was to taking drugs
being away without your love

so I tried to forget and bit by bit
I broke down at the thought of you
searching for a hope to get me through
now your back I should be happy at that
but I am scared of something that makes me want to walk back

Yet I don't want to lose you again
and fall to pieces once more
laying down on the floor
sis I love you don't ever leave me
alone waiting at the door
