Loving Me

by Sapphire   Feb 9, 2007

They wonder how do I do it
Walk with my head held high
Twisting my hips with pride
Give them that winning smile

They think because I ain't a cliche
The not so thick women on magazines today
That I should cover myself up
Hide my double d cups
Not be fabulous

I hear them talk about me
Wonder why I'm not a size 3
Well, maybe because I am not meant to be that way
I love every curve
Every lump and every bump
And I'd like to keep it that way

Do not complain when the men gawk
Watch my every step
See your looks do nothing to me
They just prove what I already know
I am amazing

I can feel your glaring eyes
I know I am not a model's size
But I will still sway my hips from left to right
Blow the so called competition out of sight
Make the men drop to their knees
And the pretty women spread gossip about me

The perfection of my body from my head to my toes
The smoothness of my skin to the tip of my nose
Jesus gave it to me and I am grateful
For all of you who aren't
Go ahead and taunt
Because I will be here forever and always
