My eyes are windows
You can use to see inside
Inside my thoughts and feelings
Into the things I hide

My eyes are books
Telling you all you need to know
What I'm thinking what I'm feeling
Things the outside don't show

My eyes speak
It's my secrets they spill
It's the truth they tell
For this is their skill

My eyes whisper
Just like the wind
Tell you when the storm is coming
Tell you when I've sinned

My eyes bear truth
They say what my lips won't
Why I'm hurting why I'm scared
Why I do this or why I don't

My eyes are seas
Seas of salty tears
Brimming at the edge
Building up for years

My eyes are all you need
To find the real me
My eyes are deep
