A Poem of a Girl Who's Trying to See

by Megan   Feb 12, 2007

I hate the mobs.
I hate the fights.
I hate the girls
Whose shirts are too tight.

I hate the gossip,
Rumors, and lies
And it amazes me
How friendships fly by.

I hate how you're a no one,
And everyone's so fake,
And teachers just don't get it
That sometimes we need a break.

Parents are oblivious;
They just don't understand.
We can't all be perfect
Sometimes we need to take a stand.

I hate how so-called friends
Believe what isn't true
And they don't bother to listen
To the truth that's said by you.

Life is just so hectic,
School can be a pain,
Lies really bother me,
And love can drive you insane.

So here is a poem,
Brought to you by me,
Of a teenage girl
Who's just trying to see.
