This is not poetry
but a flawed attempt
at saying something meaningful.

This is not a poem
but the scribbles
of someone searching for answers.

This is not the writing of a poet
but a wannabe
whose drug of choice is an elixir
poured from a cheap pen
with the belief that it will satisfy the needs
of a vanity press junkie

Writers do write.
Dreamers do dream.
A writer who does not write is just a dreamer
of dreams left unfulfilled.

This is not poetry,
just the ramblings of someone searching for answers and trying to say something meaningful.

    I sometimes sit and read what I write and to me it's not poetry , but in the eyes of many readers , they love it, it's not what you think of it, it's how you express it to the public eye, in my opinion , this was very nice and very well written from someone with great talent. thanks and keep up the good work, your friend Tracy d................5/5
