Sweat The Battle Before The Battle Sweats You

by xTheEcstasyOfSuicidex   Feb 13, 2007

Split the image of burning fascades and utter disgust,
Hold your head high with attempt and dripping trust,
Becareful in the field of dying truth and lust,
Whisper words around that need to be discussed.

Like a forgotten prize, clutch pity to your side,
Multicolored mask that you cannot hide,
A few million eyes peer in glancing at your lies;
Swords and battles take time to collide.

You're your own failure, despising w|h|o|r|e,
There's nothing you can do, much like before,
Drop your guns, get out into the battle and gore,
Fall to the ground, crawl around and explore.

Sweat this battle, before it sweats you,
Dance with the dead bodies, discover a new hue
Move faster, work harder, and bid adieu
Turn what you know into more than you can chew.

    I didn't get at all where you were trying to get at all here. I'm sorry. But personally I'd try to tell people what you really want them to see. The flow was pretty good. And the words were really good. So I give you credit for that.
