Our hourly news:
Security guards are striking,
To work, they refuse.
"' Don't be found working '
Is their warning to guards.
They'll throw you off moving trains,
For life, they have little regard.
"11 dead this week,
In a seemingly meaningless killing spree.
And empty handed,
Each time they flee."
The TV man lowered his head,
In remembrance of those lives lost.
"We must bring criminals down," he begged.
"We must do it at all cost."
"People say our country's
Doing pretty well.
But I disagree
I say ' Welcome to Hell '.

    Christ. you got that one just perfect. i too come from "Good Old SA" Ha Ha. With a lot of weed Smoking, being lazy < and doing pretty much i liked. i managed to get to england a year ago(seriously) and i tell you . these people have no idea whats its like. the headlines in the paper today are about a glass viewing extension over the grand canyon. i think i've seen 5 homeless people the whole year i've been here. and i can promise you this i'm not coming back. this place is like heaven. but otherwise good poem
