Dancing Beneath The Moonlight

by Carmen   Mar 4, 2007

She dances in the silence of the night.
She's full of beauty and she's full of grace.
She'll keep dancing until she sees daylight.

The moon's resting low as the stars shine bright.
Midnight shadows caress her lovely face.
She dances in the silence of the night.

Her legs, tall and strong, take her into flight.
It seems she is gliding, soaring through space.
She'll keep dancing until she sees daylight.

No one can tell her she's not dancing right.
She's alone, yet fulfilled with every trace.
She dances in the silence of the night.

Wrapped up in elegance, no one can spite
This angelic beauty, twirling in space.
She'll keep dancing until she sees daylight.

She yearns to be loved, yet dances with fright,
Hiding behind silk and layers of lace.
She dances in the silence of the night.
She'll keep dancing until she sees daylight.
