I was not kidding
when i said that you're the only one i could talk to
and i was not kidding
when i said that this was a new start.

I was not kidding
when i said that you're all i could think about,
I was not kidding
when i felt like new,
and i was not kidding
when I said that i only felt this way around you.

I was not kidding
when i said that you were my life,
and i was not kidding
when i said that you leaving me
would hurt me more
than stabbing me repeatedly with a knife.

All of these things i said was true.
