Holdin' Onto You

by Cuddles   Mar 16, 2007

I'm fighting to hold on to the concept of us,
willing myself to never give up
because I know what will happen if I do,
and I can't see me letting go of you.

I can't picture my life without you in it;
not for an hour, not for a minute.
And yes I know we tend to disagree,
but life means nothing if you're not with me.

We'll work through all the hard times together,
your heart and mine combined forever.
For better or for worse I take you, I do.
You're my love, and I'm holdin' onto you.

    There will always be disagreements in a relationship, but with love, communication, honesty and trust, it can be an everlasting loving life together. So hold on tightly sweetie, hold on tightly.

    A very heartfelt, caring and loving write. Rhyme and flow, perfect.
