Everyone Needs It

by Kelly   Mar 20, 2007

This craving i feel is strong and unrelenting,
It dominates my mind, it destroys my soul.
It is the subject of despair and fighting,
i did once have it but it must have fallen through a hole.

Perhaps it was a hole in my pocket,
Or maybe it fell from my hand alone.
No matter how much i try to hold on to it,
at the end of the day it is always gone.

I try to hold on with all my might,
i need it to survive and have peace in my life.
Without it i am lost and see no light,
Just go through life with worry and strife.

What is the cause of my sorrow and worry?
Probably same as you my friend,
a severe lack of money.

*I dunno where this came from - just trying to avoid doing any work*

Good poem Kelly I know what you mean. I get the same way after I pay bills and all that money I made at work is gone in the blink of an eye that sucks!
