Floating

by sweetiepie18   Mar 27, 2007

Floating outside her body looking in,
haunted by her filthy sin,
so surreal she can't come down,
from where she'd taken refuge upon a cloud.

standing outside looking in,
I see the girl who'll never win,
floating high above the pain,
the only way she'll be sustained.

drifting in the gentle breeze,
her aching heart begins to freeze,
powerless above the sky,
the little girl begins to die.
