Knowledge: Weapon Or Hazard?

by Echelon Eric   Mar 31, 2007

They say that knowledge is so valuable and great
It provides wisdom, awareness, and growth
But it reveals slander, hypocrisy, and hate
You learn that people use each other, can't be trusted, or both
I thought it was just change, that they were good before, but then erased
But it turns out it was like this all the time, they just show their true face
Gossip, slander, and rumor
Why don't people mind their own damn business
It's all cruel lies and sick sense of humor
But I will defend what they attack, I won't hand them success
We've been infiltrated, separated, and pushed back
We've been lied to, mistreated, and cheated
But I say we launch our counterattack
Not with force or violence, but with knowledge and word
For it is stronger than the sword
But they're dumb so they won't know the difference
Words will confuse them, they'll be on the defense
Knowledge of the terrors are hazard
Though converting it to weapon will make us heard

...Let's stand together and fight back
Our strength together is unmatched

That's good too! I love the wording! It's very intriguing and I think it's totally true! Very, VERY good!
