Best Date Ever

I went on the best date ever
With the most beautiful girl
We will now share memories
I wouldn't trade for the world

I take a break from despair
To write about my love
Get down on my knees
Send a prayer up above

We watched a great movie
Got something to eat
I played Mario Kart
And really got beat

Her eyes glittered in the light
Her voice carried to my ears
Her hand clasped around mine
Stole away my fears

These are just a few things
I'll remember forever
About a girl who went with me
On the best date ever
