Falling away

The feelings of love and lust
I fell for him and then he cheated on me
Now he's lost my trust

Unwilling thoughts running through my mind
I can't take this pain
I'm going to cry

Everything he told me I realize now they are all lies
All full of hurt
I think I gave him too many tries

Letting go is going to be hard
I'm going to have to go through this
To play my life long card

He broke my heart
I can't believe he did this
He's tore me apart

I can't believe what he's done to me
He told me that he loved me and that he cared
And of course stupid me believed him

I have to do this
I have to walk away
It's the only way to get through this pain

Going away
Turning around
Todays the day I make the thoughs of him fastly decay

    Great poem...and good luck getting over him. A little bit of advice: if he truly loved you then he wouldn't of cheated on you, because that is the exact opposite of love. You deserve much better than he could of ever gave you, and there is someone out there who is the "right-one" for you. -VALERIE
