Piano of Death

by Vladimir Lorenzo   Apr 14, 2007

Playing the piano,
But not of Beethoven,
But of my soul,
The song I play is the grief that dwells within,
Would you care to hear?
The song of bleeding and pain,
The song of sorrow and death,
Every note rushing and pouring through your ears,
Forcing pain and sorrow to swallow your soul whole,
Pain squeezing through your veins and forcing them to you heart,
How much more of this song can you take?
Notes play harder and you start to breath vigorously,
Vision is foggy and walking is a challenge,
Memories flood your mind but disappear quickly,
And soon the only thought left is the song I play.
