Apocalyptic Words

by Sam Richards   Apr 15, 2007

Foundations shake
As the world is punched by gods
So much power, control with a mere word
Aggression in the hindsight

The plates collide
Insanity and shame bleed through
Words are whispered, Pandoras box
Is opened with your lips

The cracks expand
Hells flirtatious tongue licks savagely
Demons and gods, work as on entity
To corrupt a lonely world

The heavens part
Eagar eyes appear hopeful
But it is just a false religion
So says your scythe-wielding breath

The calm seals boil, raging
As you glance, oblivious
Deserts flood and forests burn
All at your command

The world dies
Crippling and desperate, begging on its knees
Your words, your apocalypse tore apart
My world, my gravity, my storms, my heart
