Dear Virginia (VT Shooting)

Dear Virginia,
Its Students,
Proud Virginians,
And parents.

I send my deepest condolences,
As well as my concern for this world.
Students and Teachers were murdered today.
Emotions nation wide have been swirled.

Newscasters have had a field day,
Mothers have shed their tears.
None of us ever imagined catastrophe of this proportion.
It hasn't been seen in years.

To the students of Virginia Tech,
Stay strong and pray to your god.
Pray for your fellow classmates.
Pray for those who are gone.

To the shooter of todays massacre,
I'm sure you will have immortalized your name.
But trust me it wont be what you imagined,
It will be surrounded by shame.

Your parents wont be able to breathe,
When your name is released sometime this week.
You've ruined the lives of hundreds,
Because you were so weak.

To the parents of the victims,
I'm not even sure what to say.
The greatest gifts you were ever given.
Were taken from you today.

You were suddenly robbed,
Of everything you ever held great.
But please do not give up,
I know your filled with hate.

The world has been reduced to this,
Its no longer safe to learn.
You cant go through life,
Without being in constant concern.

Furthermore, To the victims of todays shooting.
Good luck, wherever you are.
You will never be forgotten.
This Nations love, will never be far.

Your Alumni will never forget you,
Your Family will remember you forever.
Virginia will never be the same,
