The One

I think I've found "the one"
And even though we have only met once,
We've really fell for each other,
I think I wanna be with you forever.

You tell me you will always be here,
That you will take care of me
And will never make me cry.
I just hope you really mean what you say.

I'm so glad we met each other.
I've never felt this way before,
The feeling is so unreal,
You're all I want plus more.

Please don't break my heart,
I don't think it could take anymore.
Just be true to me
And I'll be true to you.

    So simple and yet ellagenat(Sp?) at the same time.. I really loved the letter format its usually much easier to see people emotions when they write letters like this. The last two lines were my favorite.. very flat out and to the point yet they stood out emensely (sp?) nice job.

    That was an top piece of work, some of the rhyming seemed a little forced at times, but apart from that, top job it was excellent, i understood you feeling of the person being your one and truly and how you didnt want to be hurt by them, i know how it feels to love someone and to pray and hope against hope that you aren't hurt by them, so yeas.. you really got the message across... 5/5

    5/5 it is soo cute. :) you really put the emotion into a short poem and with beautiful words. it really worked.

    i really liked your last stanza

    It wasn`t absolutely great . It kind of seemed like you were rhyming a couple times, and then stopping, which really bugged me . It kind of threw the flow off, but it was good . It wasn`t too ... um ... exaggerated ? But I could really relate to the feeling expressed(:
