Bloody Knife

Peaceful night alone but full of fright
scared of his very own insane might
fear and time tick in a endless plight
from life the end of story in sight

I only want whats best for you
I'll just relax and enjoy the view
the time with me spent I'll go through
an evil curse sent but I never knew

a trail of tears lead to my soul
a stolen heart was the highest toll
giving my total self all and whole
yet knowing I was never in control

a blink away from my very end
my minds eye prepare me to send
my wish once a day will never mend
one last breath ill give my friend

help me leave this sad and lonely life
so much pain emptiness and strife
your friend is gone left with no wife
one slash the end with bloody knife

    ^ I absolutely loved that stanza, along with the last. The rest of the poem was good, but those two stanzas, boy oh boy. loved them. :D

    Wow.. very powerful piece. The rhyme was dead on, as well as the flow. I enjoyed it all. Kept me interested the entire time. Great work. Keep it up, =) 5/5 of course.
