The world around me does not know
or do they just not care?
I don't know
I probably never will
All i know is I can't stop this pain
One single move and it will all be over.
Do i really want this?
I'm not sure but I'm never sure
Can i really leave all this behind?
No i can't
so thats it, thats that
I'll stay in this living hell
That they call life

    I like the smoothness (is that even a word, "smoothness"?). I also like how you get the point across without question. Your word choice is also simple but very clear and well used.
