Sometimes

Sometimes I wanna run
but my legs always fail me.
Sometimes I wanna cry
but the tears never come.
Sometimes I wanna cut
but the blade is always dull.
Sometimes I wanna die
but I can't pull the trigger.
Sometimes I wonder
what would happen if I died.
Would anyone care?
would anyone cry?
If sometimes was an action
instead of a thought
I would have pulled the trigger
and be nothing more than a memory.
