Out in California

by Disturbed and Under Age   May 5, 2007

Her mom said "I hate You!!
and you'll always be worthless!!!"
So she slammed shut her door
and made her room her fortress
She never cried and always lied
and hated how her mother tried
to make her love
and believe in God with the angels above
She couldn't take the hypocrites
and all the crap they tried to pull
wanting her to play their fool
So she flipped 'em the bird
and without a single word
She packed up her things
all her Teddy bears and rings
and with one happy dream
She flew a Corvette out to California
California...where the stars shine 24/7
and the ocean sparkles like heaven
California...where the hotties have all the fun
on the West Coast in the sun
They miss her now
but she's not around
She left them all
with their jaws on the ground
She just went to California
way out to California...where everyone gets a shot
and you can make it if you're hot
Out in California...she wants to make a home
a place where maybe she wont be all alone
She walked out that door...
for so much more...
Out in California
