You said youâ??d never leave me.
You said youâ??d always be there for me.
You said it. You broke it. You see?

You told me youâ??d stay by my side.
You said Iâ??d have you forever.
You said youâ??d always be part of my life.
You lied, I wont forget, ever.

You left me with nothing.
You left me alone.
You left me with nobody.
You left me on my own.

You made me a promise.
You told me a lie.
You made me believe it.
You made me cry.

The day you died.
You didnâ??t think twice
With the knife at your throat.
You took more than one life.

    Deep and sad. It had lots of sadness behind it. I think the poem was a little slow to start but it got better as it went along. I like how you told how the person hurt you in the last stanza. It was a good poem.
