Replaying my day

by Valiantpenguin   May 16, 2007

Sitting in class
my heart races with anticipation
the bell rings
finally
i can let go of this tension
walking there
as fast as i can
they wonder why I'm in a rush
i reach my destination
and search the room for your face
waiting to be disappointed
but alas no disappointment
only happiness fills my eyes
i walk over to where you are
and sit across from you
smiles play on our faces
we laugh
we joke
this day is fun
but it always comes to an end
a call i answer
it my mom
time to go
i stand with sadness
but not for too long
you stand with me
and hug me good bye
though we'll see each other tomorrow
i sleep
i dream
then awake
go to school
and the events replay again
