Anything For Love

by Jenni Marie   May 22, 2007

Tears pouring down her face
Wondering why he's chosen her
Questioning why he moved on so fast
Did he ever really care?

World torn into pieces
Days filled with so much pain
Crazy thoughts in her head
Some would be found quite insane.

Images flashing through her mind
Hate running to her core
Not so long ago she was happy
Now she's lying at Hell's door.

What did she do to deserve this pain
Why did he throw her love away?
Seems she just can't move on
More tears will fall today.

Hate gripping her in his grasp
Rage continuing to grow
Bloody images in her mind
Sanity about to blow.

Following everywhere she can
Despite his attempts to move on
Trying to let her down gently
Unaware her sanity has gone.

Refusing to accept the facts
She NEEDS him in her life
Viscious plan forming
Caressing her sharpest knife.

The following morning on the news
Her ex is alarmed to hear
His new love's been murdered
Out pour silent tears.

Weeks slowly pass by
She comforts him every day
Knowing it wont be to long
Before she finally gets her own way.

Clinging to her in despair
No idea that she's disturbed
Pain and torment haunting him
Truly believes she cares.

Saying sorry for his loss
Call her anytime of day and night
Though he doesn't believe it now
Eventaully it will be alright.

Soon, months have pased
Starting to deal with his pain
Still having no idea
She's playing this twisted game.

Realizing he's falling for her again
Gently kissing her lips
Wrapping her in his embrace
Frightened of losing grip.

Yet while they're wrapped together
Can't see expression on her face
Twisted little smile playing on her lips
Only one able to solve this murder case.

'Stealing little b i t c h deserved it'
Is the thought running through her head
'Should have known I'd do anything for love
So it's not really my fault she wound up dead.'
