Dawn Will Hide (313)

by NinjaGirl   May 23, 2007

Dawn will bring
A tiring day, a sleepless night,
An argument, a friends fight,
A booming headache, or bright sunlight.

Dawn might bring
A day of anger and of honor,
A dead girl in a dark corner,
A terrible secret, such a horror.

Dawn can bring
A year inside
Of yawning wide
And tired eyes.

Dawn won't bring
A broken ballerina
Made of sugarcane and candy sweetner
In my insomnia.

Dawn has known and tried
To always, always find
But deep down inside
Dawn will always try to hide.
