What Hurts The Most...

What hurts me,
Is the fact I can't help,
Each time I try,
You push me away.

What hurts more,
Is that you do it,
How could you do that?
With blood dripping from your arm.

But what hurts the most,
Is that you feel that you,
Cant come and talk to me,
And you try to hide the scars.

Im not an idiot,
I can see it in your eyes.
