Like a ship lost out to sea

by Sasha   May 31, 2007

I used to have the perfect life
Until my mother past away
And now I'm stuck in misery
Is this the price I have to pay?
What did I do to deserve this
I was only ten years old
I was just a little girl
When I felt my life unfold.
She used to always tuck me in
And read me fairytales
And all though I could go on and on
Im not that good with details.
But I remember so much about her
Like the purfume she used to wear
And the smile on her face
And the way she wore her hair.
Even though I didn't know her that long
I still want her here with me
But until then I am all alone
Like a ship lost out to sea.
