3 projects on the go
Why do they dish out homework so often?
Why do they love it so?
I need to build a catapult
A project on poetry
This homework thing never ends
I never have any free time
To play with friends,
Go play golf
Book a ‘tee time’
God, this homework thing never ends
Why are teacher’s so mean?
It’s always work, work, work
We never get to go outside
And play in the nice, soft dirt
I’ve never been on the honor roll
I hardly ever try in school
When she teaches us useless things
I simply fall asleep and drool
All the stuff’s due
On the same day,
Sad, but true
I think the teacher has something against us
When we make a mistake, she makes such a fuss
I hate all this homework
Why doesn’t it just go away?
We even have homework to do
On Christmas day
Homework on week-ends
Holydays,
Homework EVERYDAY!
I have no chance of passing
Who understands the theory of Volumic Massing?
So, here we go again
Got my nose in my book
Doing all this unnecessary work
I see no point in this
I feel like stabbing myself with a fork
The teacher’s probably laughing her a** off
Everyday she’s at work
I strongly dislike this,
And I’ve said this before
School is such a bore
I need the education
So I can be
What I’ve always wanted to be
It’s the only thing I’m looking forward to when I’m older
And that’s to be a rockin, rolling cowboy astronaut
