Alone

Sad look on his face
tear drop in his eye
all alone in a world
nobody can tell him why.

Never got into any trouble
was always a good kid
locked in an angry world
keeping all his feelings hid.

Beating he got plenty of
getting use to the pain
smiling when they hit him
couldn't cry he was trained.

It seem to get worse
as days keep going by
they try even harder now
trying to make him cry.

Now the world can see
why I never ever smile
pain built up inside me
could stretch a thousand miles.

No more tears do I have
for they are all gone
you took them all away

    Very sad and gut wrenching piece. The pain screams from the words you have penned.

    No more tears do I have
    for they are all gone
    you took them all away
    when I was left alone.

    This last stanza speaks volumes.

    Sometimes when another human hurts us so bad we tend to forget about those friends who still love us and want to be there for us....through this hard time, never forget about those who do care for you.....and if I ever hear you say you have no one...guess again.....I may be 16 but I have a heart for the hurting
