The unspoken.

by Steph   Jun 18, 2007

I felt it deep inside,
memories so clear in my mind.
the dirt, the blood,
so wet, so dry,
poisoin deep inside.
you took my soul away,
the smell of your body,
the shadow of your figure,
your breath, your taste,
the dirt within,
my stomach turns
my head screams,
you pinned me down,
then both moved in,
the mud, the ground so cold,
no one came, time stood still,
i cried i pleaded,
you told me no,
warm hands all over my cold skin,
it seemed forever,
just like today,
i tried to forget, to wash it away,
but nothing,
nothing ever goes away.
left alone, cold, frozen on the floor,
your voices faded my mouth all dry,
just blood was left running inside,
still to today.

This is a grea tpoem, I could picture what was happeneing and the emotions that you felt. Granted I could never truly know any of that but I think I got the idea. It isn't easy to protray emotions as clearly as you did in this poem. Great job, never stop writing. 5/5
