Long attacks

I sit and i cry
i feel the need to cut
but i cant touch that blade
that escape door is shut

i panic and i shake
feeling trapped in this place
the fear controls my body
you can see it in my face

i feel dizzy i feel sick
i wonder what is wrong
will this panic ever go
i hate attacks that are long

    Eugh, i know that feeling! and its very well described, what do you end up doing? would love to see like an "ending" to this poem.. how things turned out, other then that it was beautiful!!
