Love it.. very sweet n full of emotion.. my favourite stanza was

I almost fell in love once
You know I almost cried
I was almost born
Before I almost died

reading this poem made me think of somebody special... good job 5/5

This is a wonderful way to start, it is gripping and almost like a riddle, in the way it kind of makes people think.

I almost wrote a poem to you
But the words came out wrong
I almost said I love you
While you listened to my song

There is emotion here, but not the simple, basic, same overused, tiered mundane emotion of I love you. It stands out. And its a nice touch.

I almost went to heaven
Before I was a saint
We almost painted a masterpiece
Before we learned to paint

This provides such imagery, while the rest of the piece is description. Either way it is fantastic. Excellent piece. 5/5

That last stranza was amazing simple yet powerful. .. I think we have simular styles you manged to bring true raw emotion. .. I loved it a master of the pen
