Sharp dagger

Pain pierces through my stomach;
a sharp dagger digs right in and never leaves.

How can such a pain live inside of me;
it turns and toils till i can't see

I want to cry;
but there is no more tears left in my weary eyes

why won't the pain leave;
pack it's belongings and never retreat

How can i bleed for so long;
and not enter the clouds and see the sun

My never ending wound;
Oh God, this sharp dagger of mine
