Typical

by No Need For A Name   Jul 11, 2007

You kick and scream
And you don't know why
I anger you but
That's a lie

I try to help you but
You won't take my hand
I look in your eyes and
I don't understand

My thoughts about you are
Fading faster and
I'm forgetting all your
Warming laughter

(Chorus)
I am trying to say I love you
But you make it so difficult
And I'm trying to say you're beautiful
But you take it as an insult
And I'm trying to say I need you
But your answers so typical
Maybe I should just leave you
Bring these words to a halt

I confess to you
I'm not near perfect
But neither are you
Everyone's got over it

My body's gone numb
And so has my mind
I can't feel your touch
Are you holding tight

This world around us
Is about to start
So choose which side your on
Don't rip us apart

(Chorus)
I am trying to say I love you
But you make it so difficult
And I'm trying to say you're beautiful
But you take it as an insult
And I'm trying to say I need you
But your answers so typical
Maybe I should just leave you
Bring these words to a halt

Why so typical?
Why so difficult?
Make up your mind
Is it all my fault?
Should I be faster?
Should I be sick?
Your typical answer
A shrug that's so quick

(Chorus)
I am trying to say I love you
But you make it so difficult
And I'm trying to say you're beautiful
But you take it as an insult
And I'm trying to say I need you
But your answers so typical
Maybe I should just leave you
Bring these words to a halt

Woah. That flowed so well I had no moments where I stopped reading it. That has never ONCE happened to me. I am in awe. This is an amazing song. I'm trying to find a place that I can help fix but all I can seem to find is that you just have some grammar issues, but they're easily missed, sorry this is all I can do:

    "A shrug thats so quick"

    "thats" should be "that's"

    And thats about it. Wow.
