Lies

I wrote this very quickly...so it isn't the greatest. thanks for reading it though. please comments and tell me what you think.

The love I gave
And the lies he told.
How could one heart
Ever be so cold.

The secrets he hid
And the love within.
The love for another
What a terrible sin.

Looking me in the eyes
And saying I love you.
Another lie he told
That i believed was true.

    by Lets Keep it A Surprise

    Mm i'd say 5/5, it was still a pretty good poem. The flow blended into the poem quite well, but the vocabulary could be improved.
    All in all good poem :)
