Sweet Illusion

by Kayla Kay   Jul 17, 2007

Crimson anger
Tears of pain
I wish to hell
They pour like rain

Hiding out
Can't risk exposure
I need to feel
A sense of closure

I can't take the leap
I might slip
I'm dangling from the edge
And losing grip

I am yours
Please take hold
Return my life
You selfishly stoled

Share your love
Lets end this tragedy
Allow me to become
Who you want me to be

Fight away my nightmares
Wipe the tears from my eyes
Promise me your love
And no more lies

What a sweet illusion
Now please be gone
Repair my heart
And carry on
